Fermented Sauerkraut and Veggies

In this next level class, Jillian will focus solely on the preparation of fermenting various types of cabbage into Sauerkraut. This will be a hands-on event, each participant will be able to go through the process themselves and be able to take home the ferments that they have made in class.
