Indigo Dye Class

Indigo dye, which comes from the plant, is one of the oldest dyes used for coloring fabrics and is still used today to color blue jeans. Indigo was St. Augustine's first cash crop, and was traditionally known as “blue gold”. Students will create different patterns and take home placemats.
